We have all met that guy. That genious who seems to be at the gym 24/7, always willing to tell you what you’re doing wrong and share his insight. More often than not, that guy is going to offer you retarded advice that you probably shouldn’t listen too.
Other indications that you may be dealing with that guy includes:
- Constantly referring to the glory days
- Constantly referring to lifts/stats from a time gone by
- Beer gut present with no muscle
- Loud tone so everybody can hear the input
Depending on the gym, that guy may exert different symptoms.
Listen, it’s great to add your input and past experiences, but chances are nobody wants to listen. Don’t be that guy.
