Is it time to start thinking outside of the box?

John Broz thinks so. I have been looking into the unorthodox methodology the guys from the Average Broz Gymnasium follow. Basically these guys train every single day, twice a day, for multiple hours at a time. Oh and It gets better: They go for PR’s, Every day! Doesn’t this go against everything that we have grown to love and accept? The religious rest period, a time to grow and recover? I know these guys are Olympic lifters, but the bottom line is that this gym is producing some FREAK displays of strength and athletic ability. What Powerlifter wouldn’t want to squat 800 ass to grass with no gear, or 700 for reps?

So if this works amazing for strength gains, and Olympic lift PR’s, who’s to say we can’t build muscle using a similar methodology? Start thinking outside of the box, and trying non-traditional methods. If you are a powerlifter, try squatting more often, maybe even every day, push the envelope.

The body is an amazing adaptive organism, I believe that. I’m not saying that everyone needs to start training 6 hours a day or even multiple sessions per day, but maybe try and up the ante a little. Maybe a three day split is really under-doing it. An interesting way to look at it is maybe “over trained” can simply be viewed as “under trained”. Maybe gradual over training will eventually increase your tolerance to training and therefore you can train more often. Training more often = more gains = more pr’s = more muscle? It’s certainly food for thought and worth giving a try. People who do great things are willing to try different things and think outside of the box.

What is the best fat burner

Breakdown on the best fat burners:

Ephedrine + Caffeine

This is buy far the best fat burning stack on the market. Ephedrine and Caffeine create the ultimate thermogenic environment in the body creating a fat burning furnace around the clock. Ephedrine and Caffeine ramps up a user’s metabolism, suppresses appetite, and preserves muscle mass. The EC stack targets fatty tissue and not muscle tissue making it especially awesome for bodybuilders. You can pick up Ephedrine and Caffeine for cheap here.

Synephrine

Synephrine is a top fat burner for sure. It hit the market in around 2004 to replace ephedra diet pills. Synephrine is produced in 30 milligram tabs and can be obtained for very cheap. Most people stack synephrine with caffeine to produce a similar effect to ephedrine and caffeine. While a synephrine and caffeine stack is very effective, ephedrine and caffeine is more effective in my opinion. You can obtain Synephrine here.

Gaspari Phenorex

I received a lot of emails requesting my opinion on Gaspari’s phenorex. This is a great product, and Gaspari is a great company. This is a great fat burner for someone starting off, it isn’t too extreme. Phenorex will increase your metabolism, enhance your mood, and help create a thermogenic environment in the body. It’s reasonably priced as well, you can pick up a bottle of Phenorex here.

L-Carnitine

L-Carnitine is a non-stimulant fat loss aid however it is a great addition to any stimulant-based fat loss stack. Ephedrine, Caffeine, and L-Carnitine is an amazing combination that will yield crazy results in a short period of time. Carnitine is a very safe product and stackable with other fat burning products making it one of the top fat burners.

CLA

Studies don’t lie. CLA has been university studied and the results conclude that CLA helps reduce fat mass while increasing muscle mass. What more do you want?

Exerpt:

“Study: A double-blind, randomized, placebo-controlled study, that was published in the December 2000 issue of the Journal of Nutrition concluded that CLA reduces fat mass and preserves muscle mass. The research project manager stated that an average reduction of six pounds of body fat was found in the group that took CLA, when compared to a placebo group”

The Grenade

The “Thermo-Detonator” is a hyped up fat burning product that hit the market fairly recently. My opinion is that this is a great product, but it is over priced for what it is. If you can find “The Grenade” for under fifty bucks then it is a good deal and I would go for it. Buy the Grenade here.

So what is the best fat burner?

Ephedrine and Caffeine gets the win hands down. This is a cost effective fat burning stack that will give you the best bang for your buck.

Ephedrine – Does it really work?

I get a lot of emails asking whether or not ephedrine works, whether or not it is safe, and whether or not it is legal to buy. Luckily for you I will answer all of these questions today.

Ephedrine Works.

Ephedrine + caffeine is the most effective fat burning stack period. When used in moderation, responsibly, by a healthy individual with no medical issues, this stack is ultra effective and safe. There is another article outlining the most effective way to dose ephedrine and caffeine found here.

How Ephedrine Works.

Ephedrine works with caffeine to create the ultimate thermogenic environment in your body. The reason this stack is so effective is that it targets fat mass but it does not target muscle mass. Actually it does the polar opposite, it retains muscle mass. Ephedrine also helps ramp up the users metabolism, suppress appetite, and overall creates a spectacular environment for fat loss and muscle retention.

Legality of Ephedrine.

This is a tough one. Depending on where you are located there may be restrictions on ephedrine. The products are no longer allowed to be marketed as fat loss agents, so many companies are now selling ephedrine as a nasal decongestant. Mind you, ephedrine is an AMAZING nasal decongestant as well. Based on research and gained knowledge I have conlcuded that ephedrine hcl 8mg is available from Canada and allowed to be shipped to the usa, europe, austrailia, and most other nations (See links below for more info).

Uses of Ephedrine.

Ephedrine is used for fat loss, and it is also a very popular nasal decongestant.

Brands to look for.

Based on reviews, research, and legality, it is suggested that kaizen ephedrine and synergenex ephedrine are the two top brands, and you can click on those links directly to a reliable Canadian source to purchase these brands.

Did you know that there is a source for Omega 3 that is 47 times more effective than fish oil sources? In case you are living under a rock, Omega 3 has AMAZING benefits. A big one is that it contains antioxidants in it which helps reduce health-killing free radicals in your body. Fresh research is showing that there is a MUCH better source of omega 3 than fish oil pills.

The big news is that Krill Oil has been proven to be far more superior when compared to standard Fish Oil for your health. In fact, a recent McGill University study by R.Bunea, M.D., K. Farrah, M.D. and L. Deutsch, M.D. showed:

Good Cholesterol rose 10 times more than with regular fish oil. (HDL 44% vs. 4.2%)

Bad Cholesterol dropped 16 times more than with regular fish oil. (LDL 32% vs. 2%)

PAIN reduced 3 times more in only seven days than with regular fish oil (-30 vs. -10; study at Western Ontario and McMaster University WOMAC scores)

More results:

FASTER and EASIER WEIGHT LOSS by improved glucose metabolism and stabilization of blood sugar levels

BETTER HEART HEALTH by reducing inflammation

Prevention of blood clots and high blood pressure that lead to heart attack and stroke

Reduced risk of death from heart problems. “It reduces the risk of forming a blood clot – a major factor in heart attacks” write authors Dr. Frank Ryan and Dr Reg Saynor, who turned 80 earlier this year, looking barely a day over 50 – a fact he credits to this SuperFood supplement!

Decreased joint pain

Improves mood and provides relief of PMS symptoms for women

What are you waiting for? Hop on board and pick yourself up a bottle of Krill Oil <—– Click here for the best deal on Krill Oil

You see, you don’t have to give up your favorite foods to build muscle and stay lean. You simply have to know how to cook your favorite foods with muscle building in mind. Here is an awesome recipe for muscle building chicken nuggets:

- 3 boneless, skinless chicken breasts weighing about 6 oz. / 170 g each

- 1/4 cup / 60 ml of oat bran

- 1/4 cup / 60 ml of wheat germ

Have you ever read a bodybuilding magazine, or browsed a forum, or a mainstream bodybuilding website and taken a program from one of these sources? Chances are it is some type of variation of the “typical body-part split”. Chest/Tris, Back/Bis, Legs, or whatever.

The issue with these programs is that they are designed for people who are running gear. What is gear you ask? steroids, hgh, pro hormones, the stuff that pros take. What these typical programs lack is volume, hormone stimulation, or growth stimulation. You see, natural lifters NEED to stimulate their own hormones to build muscle, they need to train DIFFERENTLY than drug using lifters. Listen, most of the “big names” in the industry, “natural” or not, are running something.

In order for you to build muscle as a drug-free, natural lifter, you need to train different. You need to forget what you know, or what you THINK you know. Don’t be afraid of full body training days, squatting 3x+ per week, because that is what you need to do. All of your workouts should be based around heavy squats, heavy deadlifts, or heavy benching. Keep the reps low and heavy and leave the 8-12 rep range for assistance movements.

You will never look like a pro bodybuilder or even close, ever. Stop training like a bodybuilder because it isn’t going to get you anywhere. Here is a promise to you: if you can add 100lbs to your squat, 50lbs to your bench, and 100lbs to your deadlift, I PROMISE, you will look much better than you do now. You will have much more muscle, that is a fact. So focus on accomplishing this.

The fastest way to get there would be to check out Andy Boltons Program <———— Click here

Andy is the best of the best in the world when it comes to these three crucial lifts.

99% of fat burners on the market are simply crap that

does not work.

Most fat burners on the market these days are under dosed, over hyped, CRAP. Do you want a fat loss stack that will actually yield results? The answer is plain old ephedrine & caffeine. The ephedrine caffeine stack is the most under rated fat loss stack that is available today. The two ingredients work together to ramp up metabolism, create a “thermogenic” fat burning environment, and best of all, it targets FAT and retains muscle. A typical Ephedrine-Caffeine stack looks a little something like this:

Week 1:

1 Caffeine 200mg 1 Ephedrine 8mg 3x Daily

Week 2:

1 Caffeine 2oomg 2 Ephedrine 8mg 3x Daily

Week 3:

1 Caffeine 200mg 3 Ephedrine 8mg 3x Daily

Week 4: off

This fat loss stack can be obtained for under $10 Here <——– Click here for ephedrine & caffeine products under $10

So stop wasting money on silly fat burners with strange names that fail to deliver time and time again. It is important to note that while this is an effective stack, diet and training are much more important factors to yeild the results you desire.
